Installation is a key component of the full service approach Jones & Frank delivers to its customers in select branch markets.
Key To Success
Pre-Installation Meetings: Jones & Frank believes that peak performance can only be achieved through proper planning. To that point, a pre-job meeting is held for each project owner. These meetings increase the level of communication with their customers and ultimately assist in delivering a project that meets the customers' expectations.
Schedules: Jones & Frank prepares schedules for all installation projects to meet customer goals and objectives. As the complexity of installation projects increase, coordination between many trades is essential to delivering a timely project. The Jones & Frank approach to scheduling results in a project that is delivered timely.
CADD Drawings: Jones & Frank was first to market with this technology, and continues to deliver this for projects and regulators when not provided by the owner. Layout, traffic flow, and site dynamics can be studied and easily changed at the design stage with the use of CADD drawings. Consistency of product selection is also defined at the drawing level allowing large roll-outs and upgrades to be performed consistently across an owner's enterprise.
Expertise: The regulatory environment today demands proven experience to install and maintain a technology based fuel system. Jones & Frank installers have collectively hundreds of years of experience and number 20+ crews across their branch system. Jones & Frank installers also undergo a rigorous and on-going training program from manufacturers, industry organizations, and regulators to ensure the highest level of project quality. Local installation managers and project managers are on-site frequently communicating with owners and driving quality and schedule objectives.
Safety: Jones & Frank maintains a comprehensive safety program including Safety Coordinators at each of their branch office locations. In addition to a Drug-Free Workplace program, many of the installation personnel have taken the 40-Hour Hazardous Waste Operations & Emergency Response (HAZWOPER) training in accordance with 29 CFR1910.120. Safety is a PRIORITY at Jones & Frank.
Post Installation Inspections: Jones & Frank performs a post-installation inspection for large scale projects. This valuable quality control procedure is generally performed a few weeks after completion of the project to verify the system is operating at peak performance levels. Additional on-site training can occur during this inspection to ensure your staff understands the equipment and the proper procedures to use the system safely and efficiently.
Insurance: In addition to generous General Liability Insurance coverage, Jones & Frank carries Pollution Liability Insurance as well. In the unlikely event of a mishap, Jones & Frank has gone to great lengths to protect the risk for both the owner and the company.
