We provide each individual student with their own equipment so that he or she can hone their skills and prove their ability to perform the essential tasks you expect. We have successfully trained hundreds of our own techs as well as many others in the industry on all the major brands of PEI equipment.

Make sure the technician that will attend meets the course prerequisite. If not, the technician will struggle to complete the course successfully. Some courses require the Technician successfully complete significant pre-course work to attend classroom section.

1. Payment must be received prior to the start of class to reserve a seat.
2. If you cancel out of a class, you must do so two weeks prior to the class start date. No-shows will forfeit the course fee.
3. Arrangements and cost of transportation, lodging, and meals will be the attendee's responsibility.
4. Use the start and end times found in the course description tables to make your transportation plans. All Jones & Frank classes start at 8:00 AM and go to 5:00 PM each day.
5. On some occasions your class may be canceled because the class size minimum was not met. Your tech will be automatically enrolled in the next scheduled class. Jones & Frank is not responsible for any fees or penalties associated with cancellation.
