New Aviation Fueling Systems for the Town of Edenton
Project Overview
Edenton is a town in and the county seat of Chowan County, North Carolina, United States, on Albemarle Sound. The population was 5,004 at the 2010 census. Edenton is located in North Carolina’s Inner Banks region. In recent years Edenton has become a popular retirement location and a destination for heritage tourism.
The Town needed a new aviation fueling system for both JetA and AvGas.
Our aviation fuel system solution included two new double wall above ground steel storage tank systems. Pumping, filtration, offloading, dispensing and controls systems were designed and built to reliably provide fuel to the aircraft and refueler equipment. A fuel management system was also installed allowing for self-service.
The successful installation provided the Town with a highly dependable and safe aviation fueling system that will last for many years.
